Comments: This shop has been in business for nearly forty years. It is a small operation that aims to produce quality dancing shoes.
You can personally visit the store and have your feet professionally measured. That way you can be sure the shoes will fit properly. They keep this information so that for future orders you do not have to keep repeating the process.
Choose your colour and style. Then you can choose if you want suede on the soles of the shoes, what kind of heel, details of your sizing and if you want patent or leather shoes.
I would definitely recommend this shop. I have bought shoes myself and I was very happy with the result. I had to wait four weeks but the wait was worth it!

Comments: You can choose your shoes and have the suede put on the soles. Quite a few of the men like leather soles so that is an option as well.
These shoes are for everyday use but are also suitable to dance in as they are comfortable and good quality shoes. There are a number of stores in Queensland. I have visited the Brisbane store but not the Bundaberg one. I have purchased a number of shoes from Comfort Shoes and found them excellent.

Comments: These people will visit your dance and sell shoes, Dance Wear and accessories. They also run a dance at Kawana Community Hall. I haven’t heard from these people in quite a while so worth ringing to see if they are still selling dance shoes.
I have purchased dance shoes from them. The first pair were cheap and comfortable but didn’t last very long. The second pair wore a little better. I have had mixed reports about their shoes. I think, personally, that some of their imports are reasonable quality but some are of rather poorer quality.
But they are half the price of the other dancing shoes so it is a matter of balancing out what you want, how much you are prepared to pay and the convenience of having them on site at your venue where you can try on and choose on the night.

Comments: Kerrie has been selling dance shoes for a very long time. I was happy with my first pair of shoes but the second pair rubbed at the toes even though they were exactly the same brand as the first pair.
She has a wide range of styles to choose from and lots of stock so you will most likely be able to purchase a pair on the day.
Well worth a visit if you are in the area. Once you have established which pair suits you best, she keeps a record so you can reorder without having to actually visit the shop.

Comments: This shop has dance shoes with resin soles. They are lovely to dance on but she did not have the lower heel that I prefer. I thought the quality was good but the range of choices available quite limited. Personally, I prefer Trampas or Comfort Shoes where I have a much greater range to choose from and quality comfortable shoes. After all, when we dance we are on our feet for hours and a well fitting, comfortable shoe is a must.
